FAQ for visitors

Within the scope of drupa preview you can expect a comprehensive range of products and services from the following areas

Conference Area (conference and forum program)

Unique supporting program with pre-produced contributions on current topics from the industry in English and German

Networking Plaza (Networking/Matchmaking)

Before, during and after the event, exhibitors and visitors can establish contacts and expand networks. Also additional live video calls between exhibitors and visitors round off the interactive exchange.

Exhibition Space (exhibitors and new products, extensive (live) web sessions)

Registered visitors can obtain information about products and innovations in the form of product descriptions, pictures and videos in the exhibitors' individual showrooms, regardless of their physical location.

During the drupa preview days we offer live web sessions of the exhibitors and new content in the Conference Area. Experience exciting and interesting content in live format on products, new technologies and solutions.

The drupa preview days for 2020 will take place on the following day:

Further drupa preview days in 2020 and 2021 will be announced.

A general registration for drupa prevew is not necessary. For certain areas (Exhibitor Video Sessions, Matchmaking, Conference Area) an additional registration as well as the consent to use the software used is required.

You can now register online. If you have already attended a previous event, please use your previous registration data (email address and password) and update your data for the upcoming drup preview.

Access to drupa preview is free of charge for registered online visitors.

Participation is possible via your computer/notebook, but also via the app on your smartphone. A one-time successful registration is necessary to use the app. The use of Matchmaking is free of charge.

The virtual meeting rooms (video call) will be available from the beginning of October until after drupa 2021.

To participate in a (live) web session a successful registration is necessary. To do so, click on "Register now"  and follow the input instructions.

After successful registration for the selected web session, you as a participant will receive a link to the web session to the e-mail you specified as well as the date and time when the web session will take place. Furthermore, a successful registration of this conference software Zoom is required. By clicking on this link you will get to the web session.

By participating in a free web session, the participant agrees that his contact data (title, surname, first name, e-mail, company, position) may be passed on to the presenting exhibitor, in particular for his own marketing purposes.

By means of the provided chat function. The moderator collects the questions and decides on the relevance and forwarding to the respective speaker.

You can arrange appointments with visitors online from 06.10.2020. To do so, you must register with the Matchmaking tool and actively use the tool.
